Gregory B. Blanchard was born in Newport News, Virginia, July 6, 1948. He has lived in and around
the Hampton Roads area for the majority of his life and is familiar with the intricacies of the local legal system. He was
admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1978, the Supreme Court of Virginia, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia and U.S. Court of Appeals,
4th Circuit.
